The Wii version of My Word Coach by Ubisoft has a real time wireless link feature with the Nintendo DS, no cartridge needed.
The Missing Letter single player word game can support the stylus on the touchscreen after this feature has been unlocked. Confusingly, there is no connection between the DS version of My Word Coach and the Wii version of My Word Coach. However, using the stylus is might more intuitive than the awkward wiimote waggling.
