Card Party has a bright visual style and a roster of a dozen games but is held back by the constant loading and restarting of all GBAs. While it is possible to trial-and-error your way around the menu system over time, non-Japanese speakers are going to have a tough time. There are other, better card […]

GBA Single-Pak Link – EX MonopolyEX Monopoly remained exclusive to Japan which is a shame because this is a much better version of this classic board game that the version we received here in the States. Unfortunately, even though this is a better version of Monopoly, non-Japanese speakers are going to have a tough time navigating the detailed menus and […]

VIDEOCAST – Arcade Archives – Tetris: The Grand Master (PS4)This week, Gillman and I play the first Arcade Archives title we have streamed (I think). For some reason, Gillman picked up Tetris: The Grand Master so we thought we would stream it and give it a shot. Nice that there is Trophy support for these Arcade Archive games too. Thanks for watching.

GBA Single-Pak Link – Dokodemo Taikyoku: Yakuman AdvanceDokodemo Taikyoku: Yakuman Advance supports 4 players but English speakers, like me, are going to have a tough time understanding how to play or what is happening. I don’t know how to play Yakuman and don’t know Japanese so I apologize for the lack of detail on this one. But I still needed to make […]

GBA Single-Pak Link – Puyo Pop FeverLike the first game, Puyo Pop, this sequel, Puyo Pop Fever, offers some quality 1-cartridge multiplayer on Gameboy Advance. The music, the modes, the extras like the Fever Mode and large clump piece, and the ability to assign teams in any combination, Puyo Pop Fever easily has one of the best Single-Pak link modes on […]

But if you are watching this, the game is now available. This is actually our 2nd stream of this game because the first stream had some technical issues. Which is fine because here we were able […]

GBA Single-Pak Link – Minna no Soft Series: Tetris AdvanceThis forgotten Japanese exclusive Tetris game is one of the very few Tetris titles on GBA, especially one that features a Single-Pak link multiplayer mode for up to 4 players. There are two modes: Standard VS and Arranged but they are both pretty much the same thing except that Arrange is time based and you […]

GBA Single-Pak Link – Rugrats I Gotta Go PartyFor a licensed IP, Rugrats I Gotta Go Party has a lot of care put into its presentation. Unfortunately, there the 5 Single-Pak mini games lack replay value and fun; it is not worth the hassle of connecting link cables. I played this crap so you don’t have to. You’re welcome.

GBA Single-Pak Link – Minna no Soft Series: Happy Trump 20Minna no Soft Series: Happy Trump 20 is a Japanese exclusive card game compilation that supports 4 players by only needing 1 copy of the game. Even if you don’t speak Japanese, you can still figure out what to do by clicking around the menu. The “bullseye” soundtrack is also rather memorable.

GoldenEye 007 (XSX) – Train level, 00Agent – finally unlocked the Silver PP7 cheat! After numerous attempts, I finally cleared the incredibly cheap Train level in GoldenEye 007 and unlocked the Silver PP7 Cheat. Not only did I play this numerous times here on this stream, I played it at least a couple dozen offstream. Phew! So frustrating.
