Playing through Stage 3, I get spotted by a guard and go into Alert mode which has a negative impact on my final score.  But the highlight of this stage is the sewer squall segment (say that 3x fast), finding a gas mask to travel through the gas chamber, and then meeting up with Sergent Chris Jenner at the end of the stage.
