Originally released in 1989 in Japan only, Earthbound Beginnings, originally called Earthbound Zero by fans, is finally available on the Wii U Virtual Console! The Earthbound series is known as Mother in Japan.

Now if we can just get a translated port of Earthbound 2, aka Mother 3, then the entire Earthbound trilogy will be available to North American gamers. Earthbound 2 was originally released on GBA in Japan only.
