Like the Single-Pak link functionality found in the Classic NES Series version of Pac-Man, the multiplayer option found in the Classic NES Series version of Xevious is a little pointless. GBA Single-Pak Link – Advance Wars 2: Black Hole RisingAdvance Wars 2‘s Single-Pak multiplayer mode is similar to Advance Wars 1‘s multiboot mode: each playable map grows in size and complexity, each map is a pre-deployed case (cannot create new units), and each battle is limited to ground units only (no air or sea combat available). The biggest difference from this sequel over the […]

GBA Single-Pak Link – Virtual KasparovTo be fair, Virtual Kasparov isn’t bad, it is just as plain as you can get when it comes to Chess, especially with its Single-Pak link multiplayer mode. The controls are laggy, there is only one stage, no options, ducking […]

GBA Single-Pak link – A Sound of ThunderA Sound Of Thunder is based on a film that completely flopped but somehow managed to get a GBA release. Surprisingly, this isometric shooter is rather impressive for a GBA game especially when it comes to the Single-Pak multiboot multiplayer mode. With 7 stages available for up to 4 players, there is a lot here. […]

GBA Single-Pak link – Godzilla: DominationGodzilla: Domination features a multiplayer smackdown for up to 4 players with the use of a single cartridge. This game’s Single-Pak link mode is rather limited but the music isn’t bad, load times are short, and can offer some mindless, short-lived fun. This game was also developed by Wayforward.

GBA Single-Pak link – Rayman 3Rayman 3’s Single-Pak multiplayer mode is limiting but doesn’t really have any connection to the main single player campaign. This 2-player mode has players controlling a spaceship, using the face buttons to boost and shoot, and the first to five hits wins.
