There are many ports of the original Donkey Kong Country but this Gameboy Color version is the only one that has these exclusive 2-player mini games. However, you’ll need to grind through the single player campaign to unlock them… along with a bunch of Gameboy Printer stickers and images.
Since it was released after the excellent Mario Tennis, Snoopy Tennis on Gameboy Color was an overlooked licensed sports game. However, despite being developed by a very small team, it included a robust multiplayer mode for 2 linked players. There are five 2-player link cable modes in total and one of them is Squash!
Don’t let the big headed racers fool you. Woody Woodpecker Racing on Gameboy Color is probably the closest thing to Mario Kart on GBC.
