Neo 21 is a Blackjack simulator for the Neogeo Pocket Color. There is no hot seat multiplayer mode but 2 copies can be linked where one player is assigned the role of the dealer and the other as the player. There is no music but the voice samples are surprisingly clear. Too bad there is no incentive for winning.
