Repeating Classics –
It seems that Nintendo is truly started to abandon the Wii console in favor of the Wii U as they are offering Wii U Virtual Console downloads as opposed to just Wii Virtual Console downloads. But chances are you probably already own DK Jr and Punch-Out!! as they have been a part of the Club Nintendo program before. With that said, if you are looking for something new, try out PiCTOBiTS whereas Mario RPG is the stand-out title this month. Happy downloading.

Summary – Save your Daddy from Mario’s tortuous grip.
Opinion – It is interesting to see Mario play the villain and the challenging gameplay is definitely retro.

Game #2 – Art Style: PiCTOBiTS (DSiWare, 3DS eShop)

Summary – Solve puzzles to make classic NES sprites.
Opinion – Another title in the less known Art Style series, fans of puzzle games like Tetris and 8-bit games might find some enjoyment in this forgetting DSiWare download.
Worth Your Club Nintendo Coins? This is the only non-Virtual Console title this month so if you are looking for something you have not played before, this is it.
Game #3 – Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (NES, Wii U Virtual Console)
Price – 200 Coins, originally $4.99

Summary – Little Mac versus boxes four times the size as him.
Opinion – One part reflex-base, one part puzzle game, Punch-Out!! will probably frustrate the hell out of you but in that one-more-time sort of way.
Worth Your Club Nintendo Coins? – Punch-Out!! has been a part of the Club Nintendo program in the past so you might already own this game.
Game #4 – Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (SNES, Wii Virtual Console)
Price – 200 Coins, originally 800 Wii Points ($8)

Summary – A highlight in the SNES library, see what happens when Square uses Nintendo IP.
Opinion – Confusingly, the Club Nintendo banner graphic says this is a Wii U Virtual Console download but the description says it is for Wii Virtual Console. Also note, this game requires a Wii Classic Controller. Either way, this is the definitely the best title available for February 2014.
Worth Your Club Nintendo Coins? – Yes, this download is absolutely worth the 200 Coins. Get it.
