Wayforward and Nintendo just announced that the cult favorite, Shantae, is headed to the 3DS Virtual Console sometime this June in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
This Gameboy Color title also appeared on my Top 10 GBC Games That Should Be On 3DS Virtual Console article.
No other details, like price and whether or not the enhanced GBA features, will be implemented. In the meantime, feel free to check out Shantae’s sequel, Risky’s Revenge.
