After much speculation, Nintendo dropped a surprised Nintendo Direct Mini episode. Here is everything you need to know.
- A World Ends With You – Final Remix head to Switch. Use touch controls or use the JoyCons. Available 2018.
- Pokken Tournament DX on Switch getting DLC fighters in two waves. Wave 1 includes Aegislash, Mimikyu, and Mega Rayquaza and will launch Jan 31. Wave 2 includes Blastoise, Mew, Celebi and will launch March 23. These battle packs will also include avatar items and more.
- Kirby Star Allies features the new artist ability, spider ability, and friend abilities. Will launch on March 16 and Switch.
- Kirby Battle Royal demo is now available on the 3DS eShop. Let’s you carry gold and Meta Knight into the full game.
- Dragon Quest Builders demo available now on Switch.
- Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition coming to Switch. Includes all DLC and two-players can play co-op sharing a set of JoyCon controllers. Also, new Breath of the Wild Link and Zelda costumes will be included. Launching in Spring 2018.
- Mario Tennis Aces announced for Switch. A story mode will be included. Will launch this Spring.
- Ys VIII Lacrimosa of DANA coming to Switch. Available this summer.
- Super Mario Odyssey free update is coming. After installing the update and completing the main game, Luigi’s Balloon World will become available. Like a game of hide-and-seek, one player has 30 seconds to hide a balloon and the next player has 30 seconds to find it. Online leaderboards will keep competition heavy. New outfits will also be included. Will be released in Feb 2018.
- SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy is 2v2 all female fighting game coming to Switch. Will be available in Summer 2018.
- Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle has new DLC featuring Donkey Kong.
- Payday 2 launches on Switch on Feb 27, 2018
- Fe coming to Switch on Feb 16
- Celeste coming to Switch January 25
- Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze coming to Switch with new character Funky Kong who makes the game easier. Coming to Switch May 4.
